Shipping tarrifs include VAT at 20% where applicable. 
Please be aware that products such as perfumes, aftershaves and aerosols can no longer be shipped outside of the UK due to Mail restrictions. To avoid delay to the processing of your overseas order, please do not add any of such products to your basket as we will be unable to fulfil your order.
All countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority.
*Please note we are not in a position to refund any customs/import duty paid. Please also note that due to strict Airmail weight restrictions some orders must be split into seperate parcels before dispatch.


We aim to dispatch your order on the day of receipt if received before 2.30pm or the next working day for orders received after 2.30pm or on a weekend or public holiday. During periods of excessive demand this time may increase.
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock we will send the remainder of your order and refund the out of stock item if it is unlikely to be back in stock in a reasonable amount of time. Alternatively we may at our discretion hold the order until complete if the delay is likely to be no more than a few days, we will inform you of this via email if necessary and advise on the estimated time delay.
We may send your order in more than one package. Please note once placed order's can not be altered or added too.


Delivery is normally made via Royal Mail or Interlink Express/DPD. Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 working days. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland will usually be made within 5 working days. 
Guaranteed next day delivery is made by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Express and delivery is made before 1pm the next working day..
Your delivery may require a signature. If you are not likely to be at home to sign for your delivery please choose to have your order delivered to your work or an alternative address at the time of ordering.
In the unlikely event of your parcel not arriving please note that Royal Mail will not consider it lost until 21 days from dispatch and we cannot resend or refund the missing order until after this time.
International delivery times depend on the destination. Delivery to Western European destinations will usually be made within 3-5 working days, and 5-8 working days to other destinations. We cannot accept any international delivery as lost until 30 days from the date of dispatch has passed.
If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits set by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding £5 for domestic shipments and £20 for international shipments to cover our costs we have incurred in sending your parcel and paying for the return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. Please contact the carrier directly. We will inform you of the refund amount via email. If you still require the goods please reorder.
Next day delivery is guaranteed by the courier when selected and not by The Beauty Booth (NW) Ltd,


If you change your mind...
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund the item provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 10 days of delivery and in the original, undamaged packaging. To return an item, please e-mail or write to us explaining briefly the reason for the return. We will email you the relevant return instructions. Please note that it is important to contact us first before returning an item to ensure the correct procedure is followed and to expedite the entire refund process.
If a product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount. In the event where we cannot accept the return of an item we will offer to post it back to you, please note this will incur a shipping charge.
For reasons of hygiene & safety we cannot refund or exchange fragrance products, make-up or electrical items, unless they are faulty. Items on final clearance or reduced to clear cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
If you no longer want your order or part of your order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All refunds for returned orders are subject to a deduction of the original true cost of postage to us. If you return an order or part order that qualified for free shipping then a cost of £2.50 will be deducted from any refund issued. These deductions do not apply where we have sent an incorrect item or if an order arrives damaged, in which case no deduction is made. Refunds are made promptly and usually within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include the original packing slip or a copy thereof. Please use Recorded Delivery, so you can be sure that we've received the items . If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we may charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If something is out of order...
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will refund the product value and your return postage up to the value of the cheapest method of recorded delivery available.
